I am so sorry for bothering you.  I want to ask you about the use of VPN that you provided in the utoronto thread.

I was able to connect with the CISCO VPN using the username and password you provided.  However, when I tried to access the database at the utoronto library, it said "Your account does not have access to this resource".

When I tried logging in again, it said "The Login process has failed.  Please refer to the library for assistance".

I really do not know what to do .... pls help.

after login with vpn , your ip dress is from utoronto , so you directly connect database in your browser , such as https://www.sciencedirect.com/

then you have access to sciencedirect, the right angle shows utoronto

vpn has access to many databases, but maybe has no access of some database(need ezproxy)
